By accessing or using the Partner Bingo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Partner Bingo is an event engagement platform that enables event organizers to create interactive bingo experiences, connect attendees with partners and sponsors, and manage events through QR code check-ins, bingo cards, and prize drawings.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Partner Bingo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe on the rights of others; (c) transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Partner Bingo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Partner Bingo reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Termination

Partner Bingo may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partner Bingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Changes to Terms

Partner Bingo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
