FILO Partner Bingo: How to Get Started

1. Enter your email and info here

2. Check your email for a login link (or use the code if you prefer)

3. You’re in! GO visit partner booths and scan their QR codes!

4. Each scan unlocks higher prize tiers, but you don't need to visit every booth to be entered to win

FILO Partner Bingo: Multiple Prize Tiers

Tier 1: Grand Prize Winner - Scan 30 or your favorite partner QR codes and be entered to win the grand prize

• One person can win a 5-day luxury getaway in a 2-bedroom resort condo (details below)

Tier 2: Day 1 Prize - Get to as many of your favorite Partner booths on day one and you can be registered for this experience on day 2!

• You and a buddy can be a FILO VIP for a day. You and a friend will get Special Seating in the reserved session for Wednesday, get some 1:1 Time with Todd !!! and drinks served to you!

Tier 3: Many Winners Prize - Scan at least 25 partner booths and be entered to win one of these prizes below. Winners will be selected over the two conference days

The Partner Winner Prize:

• The Fulcrum-Acoustic Winners Bag. Have you visited Fulcrum in the Garage Showroom!?! We if you did and scanned their code you can be entered to win a $200 prize!

• The THOR AV Winner Prize: An amazing Shadow SH20 valued at over $700!

• The d&b Winner Prize: Go to the Activity Center to meet the amazing d&b crew and get registered to win their prize!

• KV2 Audio: A complete set of KV2 Audio active DIs (JK1, JK2, JKA) a total vale of over $1,600 Dollars!

FILO Partner Bingo: GAME RULES - The Details

Eligibility

• Must be a registered FILO attendee to participate

• Must be 18 years or older to win prizes

• FILO Staff, Volunteers, Partners, and Venue Staff/Volunteers are not eligible to win

Participation

• Attendees must register using the event QR code

• Only one account per attendee is permitted

• Attendees may win only one prize

• Duplicate, fraudulent, or suspicious entries may be disqualified

Gameplay / Prize Eligibility

• Scan Partner QR codes to collect bingo squares

• Only one scan per partner will count

• This is a tiered game -> you do not need to visit every partner to be entered to win

• Participants are automatically entered into prize drawings as they reach each scan threshold

• Grand Prize entry is unlocked after scanning 30 participating partners

• Additional prizes are unlocked at different scan thresholds

• Winners will be notified by the email on their account

• Must be present, on-site at Willow Creek, at the time of the drawing to win

• Winners must claim prizes in person at the designated location (details provided via email)

• Prizes will not be shipped

Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

• FILO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed prizes

Lead Generation & Privacy

• By participating, attendees acknowledge that scanning a partner QR code shares their contact information with that partner

• Participation is voluntary

General

• FILO reserves the right to modify or clarify rules as needed

• FILO reserves the right to disqualify participants or invalidate entries in cases of rule violations, suspected misuse, or behavior that undermines the fairness or integrity of the game
  

GRAND PRIZE: Terms & Conditions

• Must be present at the time of the drawing to win 

  • Drawing Location: Willow Creek Main Auditorium

  • Drawing Time: Session 4: Wednesday - 4:30 PM - 5:45 PM

• The Grand Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash value

• Subject to availability based on timeshare inventory

  • Booking must be completed by August 1, 2026

  • Travel must be completed by August 1, 2027

• Final booking is dependent on location and date availability at time of request

• Winner is responsible for all travel arrangements beyond lodging

• FILO is facilitating the booking, but is not the lodging provider

• FILO is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or changes once booked

• Changes made after confirmation are subject to availability and may not be accommodated

• Guest must comply with all timeshare/resort policies and requirements

• Failure to book within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize
